After a busy weekend, it's back to the grind stone. I didn't achieve much last week, so there's a fair bit to catch up on this week. Hopefully it will be a better week for me.

So, with that in mind, here is what my week holds:

• Try to finish the book I've been reading for ages.
• Carry on reading and ARC. One of 3 that arrived last week.

I have the pleasure of welcoming Author Robert McFarland and illustrator Rama Dixit to my blog today. This is truly a global affair today, we are getting together from three countries India, Canada and the UK on 3 continents. Don’t you just love technology?

Well, after the excitement of last week, it's back to work this week.

Excitement, you ask. Well, on Friday I had the pleasure of meeting a writer friend. A trip to London and a lovely lunch and chat. It was a lovely break.Unfortunately, the day was spoilt by us having to catch some escapee pigs. But, anyway, it's a new week with new challenges, so my plans for this week are:

Another new day, and another new week. It will be busy. It's halfterm here, so there is no education centre this week. I can hopefully catch up on some of my writing stuff.

After a busy weekend, sorting my office area, I'm planning to get some good writing time this week. The office is not finished yet, but there's an improvement.

So, what does my week look like?

• I must get down to some serious study.
• I have some stories to critique.

They say the older you get the quicker the days go by. I'm beginning to beleieve that. It's already the start of another new week. I've had a fairly good weekend.
